Charlene Nyantekyi joined Oak View Group with over 20 years’ experience in premium sales and live entertainment, currently leading the Premium Sales Strategy pillar for OVG’s 360 management services, working with a number of UK football clubs as venues. Most recently, she is leading the premium sales strategy for Aramco Stadium, KSA’s latest billion-dollar venue to be built ahead of the 2030World Cup. Prior to this, during her role with Formula 1, she led premium experiences like the Paddock Club and F1 Garage, generating nearly $300M in one season. As General Manager of Club Wembley, Charlene launched new membership tiers, renovated hospitality spaces, and advanced digital customer interactions. With Formula E, she built sustainable premium events such as the EMOTION Club. At AEG Europe, she headed strategic hospitality plans and helped launch BST Hyde Park. Charlene started her career at Arsenal FC, progressing from receptionist to Premium Memberships Manager, contributing to the club’s move to Emirates Stadium.
