Jake Bye joined the Mets in January 2023 and currently oversees all ticketing, premium and suite sales, service, and operations, as well as all special event sales for Citi Field. Under Bye’s leadership, the Mets have led Major League Baseball in revenue growth since 2023 while setting Citi Field revenue and attendance records in 2025. Prior to the Mets, Bye was Executive Vice President at college sports giant LEARFIELD Amplify. As EVP, he oversaw the company’s Ticket Solutions and Seating business lines and launched the Amplify Development arm in 2021. He was responsible for all revenue aspects of each, as well as marketing, branding, and strategic direction. Prior to that role, Bye had nearly 18 years in professional sports beginning with the Nashville Predators of the NHL, followed by stints in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the St. Louis and Los Angeles Rams, and the Washington Redskins. Bye is a 1999 graduate of Belmont University and resides in Darien, CT with his wife of 25 years, Christi, their 16-year-old son Gareth, and 12 year-old twin boys, Harlan and Baden.
