Rob has worked in the commercial side of sport for 15 years, with a proven track record of driving revenue and enhancing customer experiences in world-class sporting organisations and venues.
His current role is at Ascot Racecourse as Head of Sales. His remit encompasses ticketing, fine dining, events, retail, race sponsorship and he also sits on the catering board of the venue. In addition to his role at Ascot he is a Non-Executive Director at Bath Rugby Club. Over the three years he has driven record revenues, whilst also undertaking a significant digital transformation of the venue.
Prior to his role at Ascot Racecourse, he was Fulham FC’s Sales Director leading on their significant investment into the iconic Craven Cottage stadium. This innovative development will create a world-class riverside destination – Fulham Pier – that fans and visitors alike will be able to enjoy all year round, and become a seven-day-a-week destination. Before joining Fulham FC, Rob was responsible for launching the much-coveted Debenture areas of East Stand – at Twickenham Stadium, the home of English Rugby. Prior to Twickenham, Rob also held commercial positions at both Arsenal FC and Southampton FC.
