The Atlanta Falcons launched a Sell Back program in 2022 where season ticket members could give back up to five (5) regular season games in exchange for credit to be used against 2023 season ticket costs. Non-Premium season ticket members could perform this during the month of June, and Club seat members could perform this throughout the season, provided that the game they were selling back was at least 60 days prior. Tickets provided back to the Falcons were re-purposed for Group Sales, sponsors, additional single game purchase opportunities for members, and team associates. The program’s implementation helped stabilize our secondary market, incentivized PSL payments in order to participate, provided a new benefit for season ticket members and became the biggest predicting factor for renewal of all demographic or behavioral metrics.
