While many teams do trips with their Premium Partners, I’d like to highlight the amazing work done by our Premium Service team. We have grown these trips to be more than an away game, but also an immersive experience in the city we visit. From a second line escort to dinner in New Orleans, a Native American story and dance in Arizona, to a live ice sculpture in Minnesota – we truly leave our Partners with a memorable weekend. To commemorate this experience, we started bringing along our video team (shout our Erin Gibson) to document the fun! We also use this time to get customer testimonials centering around our main business focus that year (renewals in a cliff year, tenure during expanded term lengths, etc.). This has allowed us to send a post-trip video for them to enjoy/share on their socials and for our new business team to use as a selling tool. From sharing the videos on LinkedIn, we have received tons of inquires from other teams and prospective clients.
