313 Presents is committed to providing unique and exciting VIP experiences for guests while working creatively within artist and tour guidelines. 2022 was an exciting year celebrating the 50th anniversary of the venue and being celebrated as the #1 amphitheater in the world. One of the ways we continue to implement experiences above the norm of just a great seat and a private entrance is with our exclusive members-only post-show parties. As a top benefit, these parties allow for our representatives to solidify strong one-on-one relationships with their clients. Three times a year, the Trinity Health Ivy Lounge is transformed into an elevated post-show event space. The Stevie Nicks Party on September 13, 2022 was a member favorite.
Pre-show, Season Members were welcomed into the space decorated to reflect the artist’s boho chic vibes which set the tone for the night. From there our guests were guided to one of five selfie stations and our champagne wall where they were provided complimentary champagne to toast the night. Members were able to bring out their inner flower child with a complimentary pre-made or make-your-own flower crown station. After the show, while the night was still young, the space transformed into an elegant party complete with black linens and moody boho chic décor. Each of our guests was gifted a complimentary one-night only, Stevie Nicks Post-Show Party t-shirt to take home. For an hour and a half after the show they were able to dance with our in-house DJ, have their tarot cards read, snack on a few of Stevie Nicks guilty pleasures (Mexican food, animal crackers with party dip, and gourmet popcorn with a variety of flavors) and stop by the Mammoth Photo Booth for a group or individual commemorative photo. Additional touches were added throughout the club with flowers, feathers, dream catchers, custom lighting, and larger than life STEVIE letter blocks.
These parties also allow us to continue to pique the interest of potential prospects and retain our current customers at a high level. We truly have found these to be an amenity and “gift” our members can’t live without in their membership.
