Senior Account Manager – Sports & Subscriptions
On June 17, 2002, Aurora stayed up late to watch the World Cup Round of 16 game, USA vs. Mexico. That night, she realized the scale and coordination required to bring such an event to life, sparking a passion that would shape her career. Aurora began her journey in the industry as an intern with Real Salt Lake, working in ticketing operations on a little-known system called Back Office. She later transitioned to AXS, where she currently serves as an Account Manager.
With 15 years of experience in the ticketing industry, Aurora has developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of clients, venues, and teams. She combines her industry expertise and passion to collaborate with clients, optimize platform features, and enhance customer experiences.
Throughout her 8-year career at AXS, Aurora has had the opportunity to work alongside clients in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Today, she resides in Salt Lake City, where she is proud to be an alumna of the Utah Utes. In her free time, Aurora enjoys attending concerts and sporting events as a fan and spending time with her dogs, who love snowy walks and daily recitations of the Husky Heritage song.
