Bill Guertin is Chief Learning Officer of ISBI 360, a skills development company using “Micro-Learning” technology to train and develop those on the front lines of the business of sports, including ticket sales, service/retention, sponsorship and leadership.  A recognized authority in the sports industry on sales, service and leadership, Bill’s systems are in place at over (100) ticket sales departments throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.  Bill is a published author, professional speaker, emcee and musician, and is known professionally as “The 800-Pound Gorilla of Peak Performance”.  He has three grown and married sons, and lives in Bourbonnais with his wife Sherri and two very needy rescue dogs.
