Chris Weiner is the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Washington Nationals. In this role, he leads the development and execution of high-impact brand partnerships, driving measurable results through powerful storytelling, innovation, and strategic integration. Whether activating on game day, in the community, or through unique experiential platforms, Chris builds meaningful connections between brands and fans.
As a seasoned sports industry leader with over 15 years of success across both team and agency environments, Chris has earned a reputation for creating transformational, multimillion-dollar partnerships that elevate brand visibility and business outcomes.
A thoughtful collaborator and strategic thinker, Chris’ approach to partnership development is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and long-term value creation. He is deeply passionate about using sports as a vehicle to create impact. He has led cross-functional teams, launched creative brand partnerships, and delivered results that exceed revenue targets while enriching the fan experience.
Beyond his professional contributions, Chris is committed to mentorship. He actively works with students and rising professionals to help them launch and grow careers in sports and entertainment. He also supports nonprofit organizations such as Leveling the Playing Field and the American Heart Association, championing access, health, and opportunity.
A proud Terp and Hoya, Chris holds a BS and MBA from the University of Maryland and a MPS in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
A Colorado native, Chris also spent several years living in California before moving to Potomac, Maryland where he has resided for over two decades. Outside of the office, he’s an avid home chef, snowboarder, and proud husband and father who brings the same creativity and passion to life as he does to every partnership he builds.
