Jen is an industry leader in sports sales and premium experiences, currently serving as the Vice President of Ticket & Premium Sales for the Milwaukee Bucks, a role she began in November 2023. She oversees multiple teams, including Inside Sales, Account Executives, Group Sales, Premium Sales, Premium Service, and Membership Service, driving innovation and excellence in fan engagement.
Bringing multi-market and multi-league experience to Milwaukee, Jen is passionate about disrupting the industry through innovation and automation. Her leadership philosophy—challenging the status quo—pushes her teams to rethink traditional approaches and explore new strategies in a historically rigid industry.
Jen has already made a significant impact with the Bucks, revamping the suite lease benefits platform by enhancing event access, introducing exclusive away trips, and implementing intentional gifting and touchpoints to reinforce the value of suite ownership at Fiserv Forum.
Prior to joining the Bucks, Jen was the Director of Premium Sales at Crypto.com Arena, spent nearly five years in the NFL with the Detroit Lions, and began her career with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Her wealth of experience across leagues and markets positions her as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.
