As project executive for Shawmut Design and Construction, a $2 billion construction management firm, Julian is key owner liaison responsible for client satisfaction, overseeing his projects’ office and field teams and ensuring a seamless building experience. With 15 years working in the industry, his portfolio includes work at Barclays Center, Citi Field, Madison Square Garden, and Maimonides Park. Recognized for his notable contributions to New York City’s built world, Julian was named a 2024 Ones to Watch Rising Stars by New York Real Estate Journal. He has a certificate in construction project management from NYU.
