Combining academics, athletics and student life, Notre Dame had the vision to turn their legendary
football stadium into a year-round center of activity by adding three new buildings and modernizing
the 80,000-seat stadium.
The first five floors in all three buildings are home to student-based departments including a fitness center,
digital marketing department, career center, music rehearsal space and more. For example:
Duncan Student Center provides Notre Dame students with study, meeting, career, and activity space on campus,
which includes multiple-dining venues and a fitness center with a jogging track and climbing wall.
O’Neill Hall of Music is an academic building housing Department of Music.
Corbett Family Hall houses the departments of Anthropology and Psychology as well as
the Rex and Alice Martin Digital Media Center.
In addition, each building features unique meeting, event and hospitality spaces steeped in
Notre Dame tradition, including terraces, clubs, loge boxes and press facilities.
The renovations and additions integrate seamlessly with architectural character of the historic stadium
and the Gothic buildings across Notre Dame’s campus, including matching the brick exterior.
