Sr. Director, Premium and Guest Experience
Vanessa is entering her fourth season with the Minnesota Vikings, bringing a strong background in premium experience and service excellence. She leads with gratitude, enthusiasm, and intentionality, striving to elevate both the fan journey and team culture. Prior to joining the Vikings, Vanessa held roles with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Orlando Magic, where she developed a deep passion for creating memorable, relationship-driven experiences.
Since joining the Vikings, Vanessa has played a key role in advancing the organization’s premium and guest experience efforts, contributing to the team being ranked #1 in Overall Fan Experience by the NFL League Office through Voice of the Fan. She also serves as co-chair of “Adelante,” the Vikings Hispanic Employee Resource Group, fostering cultural connection and community engagement across the organization.
A proud Barstow, California, native, Vanessa is an alumna of Oklahoma State University.
