Dominic Laico is the Chief Technology Officer at TicketOS, a software platform that empowers large corporations to better manage and utilize their ticket and hospitality assets. In his leadership role, Dominic has reimagined the TicketOS technology architecture and led key innovations that distinguish the platform in a competitive market.
A well-known technologist, investor, and advisor in the entertainment ticketing space, Dominic began his career in ticket sales in 2003. He went on to co-found AutoProcessor, where he developed the software that revolutionized ticket distribution for teams, venues, and professional sellers. As CEO, he guided AutoProcessor through multiple funding rounds and ultimately to a successful acquisition in 2018. By the end of his tenure, AutoProcessor was facilitating nearly $2.5 billion in annual ticket transactions.
Dominic’s expertise is frequently sought by transaction-intensive ecommerce companies, professional sports organizations, entertainment venues, ticket marketplaces, and ticketing software providers.
He is a proud father of three, husband of many years, and lives in Orange County, California. He studied Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine, and California State University, Fullerton.
