Sr. Director, Membership Services Events
Jon Ketzlach oversees the membership and premium platforms, as well as retention and growth strategy of all Season Ticket Holders for the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, and Barclays Center. Jon and his teams are responsible for providing best in class white glove service and creating experiences unique to Brooklyn and New York City for all members. In Jon’s role, he oversees all ticketing and premium events strategy including budgeting, planning, and execution. Over the last three years Jon’s team has successfully launched, serviced, and renewed four new clubs at Barclays Center.
Prior to Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment, Jon worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates for over 9 years, most recently as the Manager of Season Ticket Service. In Jon’s time with the Pirates he was also the Manager of Inside Sales, Account Manager, Premium Sales and Service, Account Manager, Membership Service, and Inside Sales Representative.
Originally from Mendham, New Jersey, Jon graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with a B.A. in Sports Marketing.
