Manager, Club Ticketing & Premium Seating
Daniel Moss is an accomplished sports business executive with more than 15 years of experience leading premium seating, ticketing strategy, and revenue-generating operations for major professional sports organizations. He currently serves as Manager of Club Ticketing & Premium Seating for the National Hockey League, supporting all 32 Clubs through best‑practice development, premium and group sales strategy, leaguewide workshops, and vendor management. Before joining the NHL, Daniel spent over a decade with the Green Bay Packers, most recently as Assistant Director of Premium Seating, in charge of Premium seating and group seating, where he helped oversee a $50 million ticketing portfolio and led major initiatives in pricing, renewals, CRM optimization, and fan experience innovation. His career began in South Florida with roles at IMG Tickets, the Orange Bowl Committee, and the Miami Dolphins, where he built early expertise in ticket operations, partnerships, and large‑scale event management. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida.
