Mandy Rupp is the Director of Premium & Membership Services at St. Louis CITY SC, where she leads the strategy and execution of the club’s premium and season ticket member experience. With over 15 years in professional sports, Mandy has built her career across organizations including the PGA TOUR and the St. Louis Cardinals, with a focus on driving revenue, retention, and best-in-class service. Mandy is passionate about developing people, creating meaningful customer connections, and using service as a key brand differentiator.
She currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and two sons.
