Richard Dobransky is an experienced executive and leader with a proven track record of scaling hospitality operations for hotels, events, and sports venues across global markets. He’s led enterprise transformations spanning employee engagement, brand positioning, operating model redesign, and system modernization, strengthening long-term organizational readiness and market relevance.
Experience includes oversight of portfolios encompassing three hotel brands, premium cinema chains, and integrated procurement platforms across Australia and New Zealand, supporting both growth and margin discipline. He has guided the scaling of premium lifestyle brands, including QT Hotels & Resorts, through brand stewardship and guest experiences.
He has also overseen high-visibility, complex operations serving audiences of 100,000+ attendees and has helped realign financial performance while elevating premium offerings across major convention centers, arenas, and MLB/NFL stadiums, including Target Field and MetLife Stadium. Also, Richard chaired enterprise culinary leadership councils and built scalable frameworks for full-venue foodservice operations.
Earlier in his career, he scaled a Convention Center Group from 1 to 9 locations and then in Sports & Entertainment led entry into the general concessions sector, launching inaugural operations in five arenas in 1999.
