Founder of Four One, Joe Rossi brings over 30 years of industry experience and a track record of practical, efficient, and results-driven solutions in the trade show, experiential, and retail fixture industries.
Joe began his career in the late 1980s as a tradesman and exhibit installer, learning from the ground up and thus gaining a deep understanding of the industry from the field level up. His early exposure to operational challenges and execution inefficiencies motivated him to create Four One, which was originally established as an installation and logistics company aimed at improving project execution and better serving clients.
Four One has grown into a full-service organization, which now offers integrated design, project management, fabrication coordination, and nationwide support services for trade show exhibits, retail environments, and experiential activations.
Throughout his career, Joe has led projects for many recognized brands and organizations, including Hanes Brands, New Balance, Airwalk, Fisher-Price, Woolrich, Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports, Bausch + Lomb, Macy’s, Mongoose, Schwinn, GNC, Met-Rx, and numerous others.
As the demand for immersive fan engagement and premium experiences continues to grow in the professional and collegiate athletics world, Joe has leveraged his extensive industry knowledge to expand Four One’s capabilities into Premium Hospitality environments, Immersive Fan Experiences, Experiential Pop-Up Retail, and Temporary and Semi-Permanent Structures. Most recent completed projects include Home Depot, Delta, Men’s & Women’s Final Four, FIFA, University of Central Florida, and University of Tennessee.
