Min An leads foodservice design and design-build projects at Duray JF Duncan Industries, partnering closely with operators, architects, and project teams to turn complex venue ideas into working realities. With over 20 years of experience across both consulting and foodservice operations, she brings a grounded, practical perspective to large-scale venues. Her recent work includes stadium and arena renovations nationwide, with a focus on premium hospitality, flexible activation, and non-game-day use. Min is especially interested in how adaptable foodservice environments—from pop-ups to multi-use spaces—can enhance the guest experience while remaining operationally efficient and scalable.
