Vice President, Property Sales
Ryan Picou is Vice President of Property Sales at Elevate, currently focused on the organization’s international premium sales efforts tied to the Mexico City stadium project. Prior to Elevate, he spent more than six years with the NBA Team Marketing & Business Operations group, where he worked with teams across the NBA, WNBA, and G League on premium sales strategy, ticketing, sponsorship, and overall revenue growth initiatives.
As part of TMBO, his primary focus was overseeing and advising on the premium sales and B2B revenue verticals across professional sports organizations, including suite sales, membership strategy, pricing, service models, and go-to-market planning. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with leadership teams across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, and collegiate athletics on premium hospitality strategy, sales execution, and organizational development. Ryan is recognized for his deep relationships across the sports industry and his experience helping organizations drive revenue through premium experiences and long-term client partnerships.
