Jackie is a hospitality strategist with over 20 years of experience designing high-touch programs across corporate events, sports and entertainment, talent, and global travel. She began her career on the frontlines—mastering service choreography and building
a reputation for precision, presence, and poise.
Most recently, she led the hospitality practice at The Team (formerly Wasserman), crafting experiences for Fortune 50, 100, and 500 brands, executives, and tastemakers around the world.
In 2025, Jackie founded Élan Arc to reframe hospitality as both an art form and a business advantage. Grounded in tradition and driven by innovation, she partners with brands ready to elevate every interaction into something unforgettable.
