Jane Normansell is Executive Vice President, Global Partnerships at Legends, where she leads strategic revenue generation and partnership development across the company’s NFL, Olympic, and U.S. professional sports portfolio. She oversees teams responsible for large-scale commercial programs, including naming rights, founding partnerships, and integrated brand platforms tied to some of the most high-profile sports and entertainment properties in the world. In 2025, she was named to Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 class.
Normansell is widely recognized for leading transformational sponsorship strategies that blend venue development, media, fan engagement, and long-term business growth. Across her career, she has helped generate more than $5 billion in COI, including 15 naming rights agreements and numerous category-defining founding partnerships and jersey placement deals. Her experience spans seven major new construction projects, including landmark developments such as SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, New Highmark Stadium, and New Huntington Bank Field, as well as projects across women’s professional sports, global soccer, and the LA28 Olympic movement.
Known for her strategic mindset, relationship-driven leadership style, and ability to build innovative commercial platforms and high-performing teams, Normansell advises ownership groups, leagues, and Fortune 500 brands on maximizing sponsorship value and creating long-term partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
Prior to her current role, Normansell was part of the Los Angeles Rams organization during the franchise’s transformational return from St. Louis to Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she worked for WME/IMG in Los Angeles across premier properties including the Rose Bowl Stadium, UCLA Athletics, and other top-tier collegiate platforms. A former Division I collegiate soccer player, Normansell earned her bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Marshall University.
