**The Problem:** When Hard Rock Stadium and State Farm Stadium had to replace their legacy end-of-life POS systems, they faced the challenge of finding a provider that could reuse the perfectly functioning POS terminals they’d installed months prior with a comprehensive solution capable of catering to all F&B service areas (i.e. concession, premium, suites, self-service) and all the fully-integrated functionality expected of modern solutions.

To facilitate the controlled transition, MyVenue developed a flexible and innovative API that seamlessly transfers POS configuration settings from legacy systems to MyVenue’s solution. This saves venues literally weeks of manual data input.
Further, the two POS systems can operate side-by-side without contaminating data via real-time data exchange. Extending the transition period helps spread deployment resources (i.e. capital expenditure, on-site specialists required to transition, while also giving venue staff more time to be trained and upskilled on the MyVenue solution.

**Performing Under Pressure:** MyVenue’s robust POS was instrumental at the inaugural Miami F1 Grand Prix in 2022. With event operators experiencing network teething issues around the Hard Rock Stadium circuit, MyVenue’s dependable technology processed 223,000 transactions and $7,000,000 in sales across three days in concession and premium locations; including $500,000 in offline transactions.
The success of this event was the culmination of months of collaboration, including:
