Sr. Director, Premium, Membership & Suite Sales, San Diego Padres
After graduating from California State University, Monterey Bay, Carter started his career in sports with the Arizona Diamondbacks in Inside Sales. He left his Account Executive, Season Ticket Services role to join the Padres as Inside Sales Manager in May of 2015. In 2018, Carter moved over to manage the Membership Development team and lead the new membership sales campaign. In late 2023, Carter was elevated to Director, Premium, Membership, and Suite Sales after adding the Premium and Suites business under his purview. On his days off Carter can be found on the golf course, enjoying San Diego restaurants, and spending time with his wife, Jana, his daughter, Cameron, and their yellow lab, Ace.
