VP of Partnership Strategy, BSE Global
A native of Florida, Nicole graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in journalism, then went onto grad school at UCF’s DeVos Sports Business Management Program. She started her career at the NBA’s league office, with stops in partnership sales at Atlanta Motor Speedway (NASCAR), and activation with the Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL). She then made the move overseas to work for the National Rugby League in Australia, leading marketing and fan experience. When back in the states, she transitioned to agency side with experiential and sponsorship agency Momentum Worldwide, where she led the sports portfolios for American Express and Verizon over more than 5 years. In 2021 she began at BSE Global, the parent company of the Brooklyn Nets, the WNBA Champion New York Liberty and Barclays Center, where she leads the global partnership strategy, which supports both the current portfolio of partners and development of new partnerships.
Nicole lives in Jersey City with her husband of 12 years, Ben, and her amazing dog, Koufax. She enjoys mentoring young professionals in the sports industry, cooking, Pilates, and treating her dog like a human child.
