Penns Woods Winery was founded in 2001 by Italian immigrant & USMC veteran, Gino Razzi. After releasing a series of highly rated wines in his native Abruzzo, he turned his attention to the promising soils in his adopted home of Pennsylvania. He found the perfect site in Chadds Ford with a charming 1800s farmhouse & established old vines. Blending tradition & innovation, we are the experienced leaders of PA viticulture, producing premium wines that highlight the depth & flavors unique to our region.
