Brett Rasmusen is Director at CAA ICON based in Denver, CO. Brett has 13 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, focusing specifically on venue advisory and strategic consulting for major and minor league teams, universities, and public entities (including cities, states, counties, etc.). He has worked on hundreds of engagements throughout his career and is well versed in a multitude of areas such as venue feasibility, deal structure/lease analysis, financing, and valuation. His portfolio includes many high-profile engagements that have influenced major activities across sports and entertainment: the Austin FC expansion team and stadium development; the development of Allegiant Stadium for the Las Vegas Raiders; the renovations of Spectrum Center, Toyota Center, and Memorial Stadium (University of Nebraska – Lincoln), and new venues for the Calgary Flames, Denver Summit FC, Tennessee Titans, and Chicago Fire.
Brett began his career at Barrett Sports Group (BSG) and joined CAA ICON after the acquisition of BSG in 2017. He received his B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Media Studies from the University of Southern California.
