Jen Bargisen is the Vice President of Culinary Transformation, Strategy & Implementation for Sodexo Live!, leading premium culinary and guest experience strategy across NFL stadiums, collegiate venues, arenas, and convention centers. Her teams have recently rolled out 15 new food and beverage concepts to the North American market in 14 months, and her marquee event portfolio includes the 2024 Paris Olympics, Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans as lead culinarian, the NBA All-Star Game, Formula 1, the Country Music Awards, the College Football Playoff finals, the NCAA Sweet 16, Big Ten and Pac-12 championship games and major stadium and arena tours. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Chef at MGM Grand, where her venues hosted everything from the Billboard Music Awards to championship boxing. Additionally, as Sodexo Live!’s AI Enterprise Champion for North America, she leads culinary and operational teams in non-technical AI adoption, transforming workflows and building customer-focused experiential solutions with the latest tools. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Georgia Tech alum, and Executive MBA candidate at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, Jen has cooked for former U.S. Presidents and built a career at the intersection of culinary craft and operational invention.
