In 2006, he founded Bryant Group Experience, Inc., earning widespread acclaim while enhancing the member experience for more than 75 professional sports teams and marquee events including the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, and Formula One.
In addition to elevating sales and service professionals across sports and entertainment, Chris also serves as Chief Experience Officer for Novant Health—a $10 billion system with 40,000 team members and the healthcare partner of the Charlotte Hornets. Under his leadership, Novant achieved its highest patient satisfaction scores in over a decade.
