Marketing and Communications Assistant Director
Christian Mullarkey is Marketing and Communications Assistant Director at Lancashire Cricket Club, where he leads marketing, communications, media and fan engagement across both cricket and non-cricket operations, including conference, events and hotel business.
As a member of the senior leadership team, Christian plays a key role in delivering over £35m in annual non-broadcast revenue, enabling continued investment into the team and facilities. He is a key lead in the launch and ongoing development of The Hundred in Manchester at Emirates Old Trafford, helping to grow the game’s supporter base and contributing to securing one of the highest-valued franchises outside London.
Alongside delivering record ticket sales, Christian leads the membership growth strategy, driving a 65% increase in members through a full-scale research, development and product relaunch programme. He also played an important role in securing Tier One status within the new professional women’s domestic structure, strengthening the Club’s long-term competitive and commercial position.
