Vice President of Premium Business
Emmanuel “Manny” Jacobo is the Vice President of Premium Business for Crypto.com Arena and Peacock Theater, two world-class venues owned and operated by AEG, the largest sports and entertainment company in the world. Crypto.com Arena hosts over 200 events annually, attracting more than 4 million guests, and serves as the home of the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers, the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, and the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks. Additionally, Peacock Theater welcomes over 500,000 attendees annually, showcasing a wide range of music, dance, comedy, and award shows.
In his leadership role, Manny oversees sales, service, marketing, analytics, and strategy for premium inventory, including over 2,400 premier seats and 178 suites at Crypto.com Arena and 12 theater boxes at Peacock Theater. Leading a team of 50, he drives annual revenues exceeding $160 million. Manny has been pivotal in developing and marketing new premium offerings, such as Tunnel Suites and Terrace Suites, generating $340 million in contracted revenue and elevating the venues’ total contracted revenue to over $1 billion. He is also spearheading upcoming redesign and renovation projects through 2027.
Since joining AEG in 2019, Manny has led transformative initiatives, including the rebranding of the Crypto.com Arena Premium division. Under his leadership, annual revenues have grown from $119 million to $160 million, setting new benchmarks for success.
In addition, he serves as Vice President of Membership and Communications for Black Equity, AEG’s resource group dedicated to empowering employees of the African diaspora; Executive Sponsor for SOMOS, AEG’s resource group dedicated to empowering employees and allies of the Latin diaspora; and on AEG Global Partnerships’ Diversity and Inclusion Council.
With over a 20 years of experience in the sports industry, Manny’s career highlights include opening NFL and NBA venues and leading the relocation of an NHL franchise. Prior to AEG, he was Vice President of Ticket Sales and Services at Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment (BSE Global), where he oversaw ticket strategy for the New York Islanders and played a key role in their successful relocation to Barclays Center in 2013. Manny also contributed to the historic opening of Barclays Center in 2012, reviving sports and entertainment in Brooklyn after a 53-year absence.
Earlier in his career, Manny worked with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, where he was part of the team that opened MetLife Stadium in 2010, generating over $20 million in personal seat licenses within eight months.
Manny holds a BA in Psychology, a BS in Digital Media Arts, and a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from Canisius College. He is a member of the Association of Luxury Suite Directors, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Beyond his professional achievements, Manny is a devoted family man, living in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters, Mila June and Aria Jo Capri, and eagerly anticipating the arrival of his son.
