Senior Director, Premium & Suite Sales
Eric Silva joined the Chargers in 2021 and currently oversees premium and all suite sales. Eric started his career with the LA Clippers. He spent 5 seasons selling groups, season tickets and premium inventory. Eric started as an intern with the organization then grew into the organization’s top seller. He credits the sales success throughout his career to the leadership team that was in place during his tenure with the Clippers. Eric then made the move to work with the Golden State Warriors on their group sales team. The team finished number one in the NBA for group sales while he was a top ten group seller in the league. Learning how to lead from the Golden State leadership team molded Eric’s leadership style. After his time up North Eric came back home to work with the LA Kings before landing with the LA Chargers. Originally from Los Angeles, Eric graduated from Cal State University, Northridge. Paying forward the sales knowledge that has been given to him is what drives him every day in his role. His greatest love is his daughter Eva.
