Giuseppe “Joe” Castaldi is a Project Manager at the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami HEAT, where he leads high-impact capital projects and premium space developments that enhance both fan experience and revenue opportunities. With a strong focus on premium hospitality and arena modernization, Joe plays a key role in the planning and execution of new club spaces, seating expansions, and large-scale renovations, ensuring projects are aligned with both operational needs and organizational goals.
Joe joined the HEAT in 2022 as a member of their Special Projects group after spending the first 15 years of his career in education, including leadership roles in education-focused nonprofit organizations. That experience shaped his collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to building environments that positively impact people. In his time with the HEAT, Joe has delivered multiple projects of increasing complexity and scope, including a major Suite renovation during the 2025 off season and refreshing three clubs and adding a new Club to the Kaseya Center Event Level this summer.
