Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy
Kaley Cohen is an accomplished sports business professional with deep expertise in revenue strategy and brand partnerships. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Kaley has built a dynamic career at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and business operations.
After earning her degree from the University of Notre Dame, Kaley began her career in Chicago with Intersport, where she managed sponsorships across the agency’s owned and operated properties. She returned to Colorado to join Tigris Sponsorship and Marketing, leveraging her strategic insight to consult with clients on brand activation and partnership development. Kaley later joined Legends Hospitality, where she played a pivotal role on key national accounts and contributed to the strategic integration during the landmark merger between Legends and ASM Global.
Currently, Kaley serves as Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy at Denver Summit FC, the newest franchise in the National Women’s Soccer League. In this role, she oversees critical revenue functions including sponsorship and merchandise, driving growth and building the foundational business infrastructure of the club.
