Kalie Rubey joined the Los Angeles Chargers in 2022 and currently serves as the Director of Premium and Suite Services. Kalie began her career with the Chargers as a Chargers LUX/Premium Services Coordinator, quickly rising through the ranks to her current leadership role. She now oversees premium suite services and is instrumental in delivering a best-in-class experience for the team’s most valued clients. Kalie leads a team of 11 gameday concierge staff and plays a central role in curating unforgettable moments for suite members both on and off the field. Her passion for creating elevated, personalized service experiences has positioned her as a driving force in redefining premium hospitality at SoFi Stadium. A proud graduate of Michigan State University, Kalie has always been surrounded by football. From her college years in the Big Ten to her current role with the Chargers—an experience that shapes her approach to delivering extraordinary service for suite members every step of the way.
