Manager, Business Development
Mackenzie Bryan started with the Miami Dolphins in June of 2019 as a Sales Development Representative. After leading the Sales Development team in membership deposits for the 2020 season, Mackenzie was promoted to the Group Sales team in January of 2020. From there, he built his book of business and focused on full-menu selling, leading to him becoming the first Miami Dolphins Group Sales rep to ever sell $1 million in one season when he sold $1.4 million in the 2021 season.
In March of 2022, Mackenzie was promoted to Manager, Group Sales while at his wedding in the Dominican Republic. In September of 2023, he moved over to the Miami Open as Manager of Sales and Service Operations for a year before taking on the role of Manager, Business Development. In his current role, Mackenzie manages the B2B-focused reps on the team and is responsible for all suite and luxury products.
One of the few Florida natives in the Hard Rock Stadium offices, Mackenzie attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in Sports Broadcasting. He and his wife, Shanelle, live in Pembroke Pines, where he grew up, and they are expecting their first baby girl in December. He enjoys traveling, having been to 34 countries, as well as MMA.
