Melyssa has experience in the design and preparation of construction documents for land and site development projects, including street layout and roadway design, site grading, wastewater and waterline design, and preparation of final drainage and erosion control reports. She has extensive experience working with Colorado municipalities, private owners, architects, contractors, and developers on entertainment, sports and recreation, higher education, K-12, medical/healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, and residential projects. Melyssa is highly experienced in coordinating with local jurisdictions and navigating the entitlement process.
