Manager, Marketing Automation
Mikela Lyons is the Manager of Marketing Automation at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, where she oversees lifecycle marketing strategies across four professional sports teams and three major venues. Since joining KSE in 2018, Mikela has led the charge on database marketing and fan engagement initiatives, helping to deepen fan connection and drive measurable business impact through personalized communication and data-driven decision-making.
In 2019, Mikela launched the organization’s first post-event survey program, providing critical fan feedback to enhance the game day experience across teams and venues. Her role sits at the intersection of marketing technology and fan insight, where she manages everything from email campaigns to CRM integrations and fan journey mapping.
Mikela earned her MBA in Marketing Data Analytics from Colorado State University in 2025 and holds a BBA in Marketing Management from the University of New Mexico. Passionate about the evolving intersection of sports and fan data, Mikela brings a unique perspective to audience growth and engagement in sports and entertainment.
