With more than 20 years of experience in foodservice and an extensive history within the Sport and Entertainment industry, Nick has a proven track record of collaborating with architects, kitchen consultants, and hospitality companies to elevate their food and beverage solutions. His expertise helps sports venues establish a competitive edge by designing flexible, innovative foodservice platforms across Premium, Suites, Clubs, and Concessions.
Based in Chicago, Nick has traveled extensively, visiting over 10 countries and all 50 U.S. states to study venues and share insights on induction solutions at global industry events. Nick holds a degree in marketing as well as an MBA in International Business.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is a dedicated father to two young daughters and a loving husband to his wife, Lizabeth Lekos.
