Director of Revenue Operations
Nolan Novak is Director of Revenue Operations at Oak View Group, where he oversees the
sales systems, technology, and operational infrastructure that support premium sales
teams across OVG’s Owned and Operated venue portfolio.
Over his four years with OVG, Nolan has contributed to the opening of several major
venues, including Moody Center, Acrisure Arena, CFG Bank Arena, PeoplesBank Arena, and TD Coliseum — in roles spanning premium sales, technology consulting, and sales team
enablement. He has led the deployment of CRM, email marketing automation, sales
enablement, and data integration platforms across OVG properties.
Prior to his current role, Nolan served as Assistant Director at the University of Texas
Longhorn Foundation, where he assisted the Annual Fund and season ticket sales strategy,
premium seating sales, and contributed to over $2.1M in major gifts in FY21. He previously
held a customer success management role at Oracle, managing a $3.25M portfolio of
enterprise cloud application software renewals across the ERP , HCM, and CX.
A former student-athlete at the University of Michigan, Nolan served as Co-Captain of the
Men’s Gymnastics team and as a Student Ambassador for Michigan Athletics where he first
got involved with fundraising and premium hospitality. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport
Management from the University of Michigan and a Master of Education in Sport
Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
