Senior Project Manager
Sam Kalscheur is a senior project leader with Perkins&Will’s Sports, Recreation, and Entertainment practice whose experience spans professional sports venues, community recreation facilities, and large-scale public assembly projects. Known for his collaborative leadership style and technical rigor, Sam brings a deep understanding of how complex sports and entertainment facilities are planned, detailed, and delivered, from early visioning through construction administration and operational turnover.
Sam has been closely involved in the ongoing enhancements and long-range planning initiatives for The Ranch Events Complex in Larimer County. His work supports the evolution of The Ranch from a regional event facility into a broader year-round community and entertainment destination serving one of the fastest-growing regions in Colorado. This includes experience coordinating improvements associated with the campus’s arenas, public gathering spaces, circulation, and event-support infrastructure, while helping align operational needs with long-term development goals.
As part of Perkins&Will’s nationally recognized sports practice, Sam contributes to a team with decades of experience designing and transforming some of North America’s most notable arenas and event venues. His work reflects the firm’s broader commitment to creating facilities that are not only high-performing venues, but also lasting community assets.
