Senior Manager, Premium Partnerships Service & Retention
A native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Stacey launched her career in the sports industry with a foundational role in minor league baseball. Her passion for client engagement and premium service led her to the Wells Fargo Center, where she served as a Sales & Service Coordinator in Premium Seating. There, she supported high-profile clientele and contributed to the growth and refinement of premium hospitality offerings.
Stacey has spent the past 3.5 years with the New York Jets on the Premium Partnerships team, where she currently oversees Premium Partnerships Sales Operations, Service, and Retention. In this client-facing role, she serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of premium partners, building strong, long-term relationships through consistent face-to-face engagement. She develops and executes tailored renewal strategies aligned with each partner’s goals and works cross-functionally to deliver exceptional experiences, including private team events, suite-holder activations, and exclusive access to practices and NFL events.
In addition, she is responsible for key operational duties such as tracking and reporting suite sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and per-game basis. She supports inventory & campaign management initiatives, CRM maintenance, and manages department-wide processes to ensure seamless execution.
Stacey currently resides in Bergen County, New Jersey, with her husband and two young daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling & creating life-long memories with her family.
