Tammy Dahms is the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the Santander Arena & Performing Arts Center and the ECHL Reading Royals, a proud AA affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and Lehigh Valley Phantoms. She began her career in the nonprofit performing arts world, where her passion for collaboration fueled a path from tour management and box office to group sales, premium hospitality, and ultimately, partnerships. With over a decade of experience in sports marketing, hospitality, and sponsorship, Tammy now specializes in building creative, community-driven partnerships that deliver real value for both brands and fans. Known for blending strategic vision with grassroots execution, she’s led initiatives that drive revenue, deepen engagement, and elevate the fan experience.
