Bill has been Vice President of Sales for ALSD since 2023, and has been in the ticketing industry since 1996. He has worked with some of the top professional organizations including the following: Edmonton Oilers, Columbus Blue Jackets, Tampa Bay Lightning, Hartford Whalers, Florida Marlins, Houston Rockets and the Chicago Wolves and Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL. Bill has also served as a member of the NHL Ticket Sales Advisory Committee for three seasons..
Bill works closely with President Amanda Verhoff and CEO Jeff Morander & our entire group to maximize revenue opportunities for each of our Global Events. Makris is also a member of ALSD Consulting and has already worked with seven teams (AHL and ECHL) on Sales & Service Coaching & Training. Finally, Makris is a native of Hartford, CT and earned an MA from UConn in Sport Management & Sports Marketing. He is also the proud father of his son Alexander.
