In October, we hosted our five largest renewal accounts for an exclusive evening inside the White Sox clubhouse. The experience began with a private, behind-the-scenes tour of team facilities, including the pitching and batting cages, rehab room, pool and water training areas, team cafeteria, and workout spaces. Guests were then escorted through the tunnel and onto the field, emerging under the lights into the White Sox dugout, where each client saw their name displayed on the centerfield scoreboard.
The evening continued with a special Q&A session and a toast from our General Manager. Guests then found their seats, each receiving a custom City Connect jersey personalized with their name, followed by a family-style dinner alongside two Chicago White Sox alumni, including Bo Jackson. The event represented more than $500K in renewal value and resulted in all five accounts committing to multi-year renewal agreements.
